How to hand in signed child protection certificate and criminal record application forms
Signed application forms which grant consent for AWG2016 to obtain child protection certificates and criminal records can be handed in to AWG in two ways. When handing in the forms personally, you must present your ID to an employee, or accompany the forms with a copy of your ID by email (passport, certificate of residence, driving licence or other ID issued by a public authority):
You can hand in forms to an AWG2016 employee at the Volunteer Centre (Kuussuaq17, B31) in our opening hours, Monday, Wednesday from 10am to 4 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 11am to 6 pm at the Volunteer Center (Kuussuaq 17, B31).
You can scan forms and mail them to screening@awg2016.gl.
Volunteers need to do no more. To read more about the procedure we use to obtain child protection certificates and criminal records, click here (link: Criminal records and child certificates – screening volunteers).
NB: Volunteers will only receive feedback on their child protection certificate or criminal record if, on the basis of these documents, they are not permitted to take part in the games as a volunteer. Volunteers are considered approved unless they are contacted by the AWG2016 Secretariat.

PARENTAL CONSENT FORM AND DECLARATION OF CONSENT
The youth volunteer's parent or guardian must submit a parental declaration of consent, which include the declaration of consent which all the volunteers must accept, before the youth can participate as a volunteer.
